		<description>Not &quot;okay,&quot; per se, but this was something we had to do.  We are in debt and that&#039;s something that America needs to confront.  We are running a yearly deficit of $400 billion, with a more than $9.5 trillion national debt.  So, yes -- a $700 billion bailout is a scary thing.  Still, not confronting this problem could be even scarier in the long run.  I&#039;m not happy about it, but it&#039;s a necessary evil.</description>
